Would love to sign my sons up for this, but the website doesn’t seem to be responsive — no matter what I click, nothing happens!

    Hi Michelle -

It’s not working for me either. The link you gave works, but once you get to that page, there is a link for “How to get started” https://parksandreconline.cityofsacramento.org/Activities/Activities.asp and it is this link that just comes up with a blank page.

I’ve tried it in both FireFox and Internet Explorer.

OH – ok, I got it. DON’T click on the Click here. Instead, click on “Classes & Activities” on the top menu.

Hi, I cannot seem to get the parks & rec website to show me the classes & activities. I click on a topic on the left & all it does is reset the page. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

I can get through step 4 above but then nothing happens after I select “all ages”. I’ve tried several times. Any suggestions?

    • Michelle

      Hi Julie:

Sorry to hear your running into some issues with the registration. Go ahead and call 916-808-6433 and they should be able to assist you with any technical issues you may be encountering. You might also want to try using a different browser (some folks have had problems trying to register using a safari browser or Firefox, internet explorer seems to be the best bet), but either way if you call that number, they should be able to help you out.

You can also register in person at the South Natomas Community Center (2921 Truxel Road).
