Shortly after taking office in last year, our office received a phone call from a student with The Met high school, who was interested in shadowing Councilmember Ashby for a day. That student was Talia Magallan. We gladly accepted and were excited to have such a young but mature new addition to our office. Through the internship program, Talia has now been with our office for over a year now. Talia has helped develop and design the newsletter as well has contributed to each newsletter by writing a short piece about her experiences at City Hall.
Talia is in the office on Tuesday and Thursdays from 12:30 to 4:30 PM.
